Financial Criteria

• Minimum Seller Discretionary Earnings: $450,000

• Low to Moderate Capital Intensity

Company Criteria

• Recurring Revenue

• High customer retention

• Fragmented industry

• Room for growth through marketing, sales, or operational efficiencies

Owner Characteristics

• Owner seeking exit

• Serial entrepreneur ready for next venture

• Willing to assist with transition and training of new owner
